Terms & Conditions
1. Quotation Validity
This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after this period. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
2. Deposit & Payment Terms
A deposit as specified in the estimate is required to confirm the order and commence scheduling. Progress payments are due at agreed milestones. Final payment is due upon practical completion of the installation. Overdue accounts may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
3. Site Requirements
The client is responsible for providing clear and adequate access to the installation site. Any additional costs arising from unforeseen site conditions (e.g., rock, ground water, restricted access) will be quoted separately. The client must ensure all necessary council approvals and permits are obtained prior to commencement.
4. Pool Shell Warranty
The pool shell is covered by the manufacturer's structural and surface warranty as per their terms and conditions. Warranty details will be provided upon delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper chemical treatment, or failure to maintain the pool in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
5. Installation Warranty
Sunseeker Pools NQ provides a 12-month warranty on all installation workmanship from the date of practical completion. This covers defects in our workmanship only and does not extend to products or materials covered under their own manufacturer warranties.
6. Variations & Additional Work
Any variations to the scope of work must be agreed in writing before work commences. Additional work not included in the original quotation will be quoted separately and must be approved by the client prior to commencement.
7. Cancellation
If the client cancels the contract after payment of the deposit, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or work has commenced, the client is liable for all costs incurred to that point.
8. Acceptance
By signing or verbally accepting this estimate, the client agrees to the terms and conditions set out herein and authorises Sunseeker Pools NQ to proceed with the work as described.
